Terms & refunds.
The fair-and-square version, then the fine print. Last updated July 2026.
The deal, plainly
- Free edition: free forever, for anyone, for any lawful use.
- Pro ($39, one-time): you may install Pro on the computers you own or manage — your desktop, your laptop, your household's machines. No activation, no license server, no expiry. Updates to Pro 1.x are included.
- What you're buying: Dagric OS is assembled from open-source software; the purchase pays for curation, integration, testing, and support — not exclusivity over free software (see Licenses).
- Don't resell the download itself or pass off Dagric OS as your own product. The Dagric name and logo are trademarks of DGR Operations.
14-day refund promise
Not for you? Reply to your Stripe receipt, or use the contact page with your purchase email, within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full — no quiz, no hoops. Refunds return via Stripe to your original payment method.
A note on how refunds work for software you download: because Dagric OS Pro is open-source software you install and run, a refund ends your access to Pro downloads, updates, and support, and any copy already on your machine is yours to keep and use. (We can't and wouldn't reach into your computer to remove it — that's simply how software you own works.) We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeat buy-and-refund activity. Since the free edition lets you evaluate Dagric OS fully before paying, we hope you'll rarely need this.
Fine print
- Warranty. Dagric OS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law — the same terms as the open-source licenses it is built from (GPL and others). Always back up your data before installing any operating system.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, DGR Operations' total liability for any claim related to the software or this site is limited to the amount you paid us.
- Third parties. Optional installs you trigger (Steam, NVIDIA driver, DaVinci Resolve, Flathub apps) come from their own vendors under their own licenses and terms. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
- Affiliation. Built on Debian; not affiliated with or endorsed by the Debian Project, KDE e.V., Valve, NVIDIA, or Blackmagic Design.
- Governing law. Missouri, United States. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
