The operating system

Dagric OS collects nothing. The OS contains no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporters phoning home, no accounts, and no advertising identifiers. There is no "usage data" setting because no usage data exists. Your files, your habits, and your hardware details stay on your machine. Package updates are fetched from standard Debian and Flathub mirrors — those requests reveal your IP address to those mirrors, the same as any Linux distribution.

This website

• Hosting. The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting and downloads by Cloudflare R2. Like all web servers, they keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested file). We do not add analytics, trackers, or advertising scripts, and we set no cookies.
• Purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We receive what a receipt shows: your name, email, and the purchase, which we keep for order support, refunds, and tax law.
• Support email. If you email us, we have your email. We use it to reply. We don't add you to lists or share it.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or brokers.
• Profile you, fingerprint you, or track you across the web.
• Require an account to use, update, or keep the software you bought.

Your rights

Use the contact page to ask what we hold about you (typically: a Stripe receipt) or to have it deleted, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
